Candidate Charter
In order that we work hard to give you, the prospective candidate, the best possible chance of securing your chosen role, it is crucial that we both work as a team to fulfil your objectives.
As part of our service, we promise that :
- Ramsay Consulting will always operate completely ethically in our dealings with you
- We will provide you with a specific Consultant who will co-ordinate all approaches to firms as agreed in advance, and who is also contactable outside of normal working hours
- You will always receive a thoroughly professional and friendly service at all times
- We will never disclose your identity without your express and specific permission
- You will be kept fully informed at all times as to the status of your agreed applications
- We will always ensure that you have agreed a final CV (and any Ramsay produced accompanying documentation) and that a copy will be provided to you well in advance of any interview
- We will provide full market sector and firm analysis to assist with your meeting preparation
- We will provide you with full interview training and support in advance of any 3 rd party meeting if required
- You will have access to the Recruitment & Employers Confederation’s impartial complaints service if required.
In return, we ask that all prospective candidates agree to assist us in helping with your application in a timeous and honest way, by :
- Ensuring that your appointed Recruitment consultant is informed of any applications made on your behalf by other appointed recruitment consultants
- Giving us a clear brief of what you want (and don’t want) us to do on your behalf at the start
- Highlighting all target firms (and also those who you do not wish us to deal with or you are not interested in) at the start
- Responding in a reasonable timeframe to draft documentation which has been forwarded to you – either electronically or by post
- Being honest and open in all dealings with Ramsay Consulting
